Dry Land Workouts - Abs, Part i
VERY excited to be sharing our first series of SPP dry-land workouts as created and demonstrated by Phoebe Chiang (AKA Crash Fish), who is one of members of the Board of Directors. We have more of these to send out, so stay tuned in the days and weeks to come!
Phoebe is a graduate of NYU, having received her Master of Science in Sports Business. She is a certified AFAA Group Fitness Instructor and has additional teaching certifications for Insanity and Turbo Kick.
